Reach Wide Ltd is committed to preventing slavery and human trafficking in its corporate activities, and to ensuring that its supply chains are free from slavery and human trafficking. This policy sets out the Company’s approach to achieving this commitment.

1. All employees, directors and contractors of the Company must adhere to this policy and comply with the Company’s anti-slavery principles.

2. The Company will conduct due diligence on all potential suppliers to ensure that they have appropriate measures in place to prevent slavery and human trafficking.

3. The Company will not knowingly do business with any organization or individual that is involved in slavery or human trafficking.

4. The Company will ensure that any supplier contracts include provisions that prohibit the use of forced, compulsory or trafficked labour, and other forms of slavery or human trafficking.

5. The Company will ensure that all employees, contractors and suppliers are aware of this policy and are given the appropriate training and guidance to ensure compliance.

6. The Company will take appropriate action against any employee, contractor or supplier that breaches this policy.

7. The Company will review and update this policy regularly to ensure it remains fit for purpose. This policy was approved by the Board of Directors of Reach Wide Ltd on 1st April 2021.
